EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Bench Press @ 75% of 1RM
  • Even minutes: 5 Hang Power Cleans @ 70% of 1RM

Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform 5 bench press reps on the odd minutes and 5 hang power cleans on the even minutes. Adjust the weight to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
