EMOM Strength BenchEvery Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:
- 5 Bench Press @ 70% 1RM
- 10 Box Jumps

Instructions:
Perform 5 Bench Press reps at 70% of your 1 Rep Max at the start of each minute, then complete 10 Box Jumps before the minute is up. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout.
