AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Choose weights that allow you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed.
