  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)

- Bench
- Box
- Kettlebell


Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the bench press that allows for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds.
- Focus on explosiveness on the box jumps and hip power on the kettlebell swings.
- Keep a steady pace throughout the 20 minutes and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible.
