For Time:


  • 5 Rounds
  • 10 Bench Press (#135 / #95)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24"/20")
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (#50 / #35)

Instructions:
Complete 5 rounds of the specified exercises as quickly as possible. Use a bench for the bench press, a box for the box jumps, and dumbbells for the snatches. Adjust the weight to a challenging but manageable level. Time cap is 20 minutes.
