Tabata Weightlifting Bench

Tabata:


  • Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
  • Power Cleans (115/75 lbs)

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes total) per movement. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed across all movements.


Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell
- Weight plates


Notes:
Choose weights that allow you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals. Be sure to warm up properly before starting the workout.
