- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Goblet Squats
- 30 Single Arm Kettlebell Push Press (each arm)
- 20 Turkish Get-ups
- 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The Turkish Get-ups should be done with alternating arms each rep. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
