  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks
  • 20 Turkish Get-ups (10 each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
