For Time:


  • 50 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 40 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 30 Dumbbell Renegade Rows (each arm)
  • 20 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
  • 10 Dumbbell Turkish Get-ups

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets but still pushes your limits.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next. Break up the sets as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
