AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)

Instructions:
- Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Choose a weight for the bench press that allows for unbroken sets, but still challenging.
- Focus on explosive box jumps and powerful kettlebell swings.
- Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible.
