  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed movements. Push yourself to maintain good form and consistent pacing throughout the workout. Adjust weights as needed to ensure proper technique and intensity.
