AMRAP Weightlifting Rope

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Double-Unders

- Rope


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 double-unders. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed. Scale the weight and movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
