AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 ring muscle-ups, 10 deadlifts, and 15 box jumps. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring dips or jumping ring muscle-ups as needed. Choose a deadlift weight that allows for unbroken sets during the workout. Jump onto the box with both feet landing at the same time for the box jumps. Keep a steady pace and push through the burn!
