  • 10 Front Squats (#135 / #95)
  • 5 Deadlifts (#185 / #135)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Choose weights that allow you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Focus on pacing yourself on the Assault Bike to conserve energy for the strength movements.
