Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Stationary Bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Strength portion:


  • 5 sets of 5 Back Squats
  • Rest 2 minutes between sets

Notes:
- Set the resistance on the stationary bike to a challenging level for maximum effort during the 20 seconds.
- Use a weight for Back Squats that allows for proper form and a challenging set of 5 reps.
