Equipment:
- Stationary Bike: Set resistance to moderate level
- Wall Balls: 20/14 lbs
- Kettlebell: 24/16 kg
- Barbell: 185/135 lbs


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each exercise in order, moving onto the next once the previous one is finished. Push yourself to keep moving through the chipper without taking long breaks. Make sure to scale the weights and movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
