For Time:


  • 5 Bench Press (Bodyweight)
  • 10 Deadlifts (1.5x Bodyweight)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 25 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Equipment: Bench, Barbell, Box, Pull-up Bar, Wall Ball


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete the rounds as fast as possible, maintaining proper form throughout the workout. Adjust the weights and heights as needed to ensure proper technique.
