- Kettlebell Swings
- Goblet Squats
- Single-arm Kettlebell Rows (4 rounds per arm)
- Kettlebell Lunges
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between the four movements listed. Rest as needed between rounds, but aim to keep transitions quick for a high-intensity workout.
