- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Goblet Squats
- 30 Single Arm Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
- 20 Turkish Get-ups (10 each side)
- 10 Kettlebell Clean and Press (5 each arm)
Kettlebell: #35 / #25
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Note: Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout, especially during the Turkish Get-ups to prevent injury.
