  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Goblet Squats
  • 30 Single Arm Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Turkish Get-ups (10 each side)
  • 10 Kettlebell Clean and Press (5 each arm)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
