  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings
    • 10 seconds rest

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg for men, 16kg for women


Instructions: Perform as many kettlebell swings as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep good form throughout the workout and focus on hip hinge movement.
