For Time:


  • 21 Kettlebell Swings
  • 15 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks
  • 9 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (each side)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform the movements in the order listed, completing all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The Turkish Get-ups should be done with one arm while holding the kettlebell overhead. Rest as needed, but aim to push the pace to finish under the time cap.
