Rounds-for-Time Strength Kettlebell

For Time:
- 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 15 Goblet Squats
- 10 Turkish Get-Ups (5 each side)


Kettlebell Weight: #35 / #25
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The Turkish Get-Ups should be completed with precision and control to ensure proper form and technique.
