AMRAP Strength Kettlebell

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 8 Goblet Squats
  • 6 Kettlebell Cleans (each arm)
  • 4 Turkish Get-ups (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Perform the movements in order, starting with 10 kettlebell swings, then 8 goblet squats, 6 kettlebell cleans on each arm, and finish with 4 Turkish get-ups on each arm. Keep a steady pace and focus on proper form throughout the workout.
