Tabata Strength Kettlebell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each exercise
  • 1. Kettlebell Swings
  • 2. Goblet Squats
  • 3. Kettlebell Deadlifts
  • 4. Kettlebell Rows

Equipment:
- 1 Kettlebell
- Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.


Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next.
- Rest for 1 minute between exercises.
- Push yourself during the work intervals, but prioritize proper form over speed.
- Score is total reps completed for each exercise.
