  • 10 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (5 each side)
  • 15 Kettlebell Russian Twists (each side)
  • 20 Kettlebell Deadlifts

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
