Tabata Strength Kettlebell

Tabata Strength Circuit:


  • 4 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest at each station:
    1. Kettlebell Goblet Squats
    2. Kettlebell Swings
    3. Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (alternate arms each round)
    4. Kettlebell Push Press

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that allows for proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving to the next station. Complete 4 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements. Focus on maintaining good form and intensity throughout the workout.
