AMRAP Weightlifting Bench

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 25 Double Unders

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Choose weights that allow you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Focus on pacing yourself to sustain intensity for the duration of the AMRAP.
