Tabata Weightlifting Dumbbell

Tabata:


  • Dumbbell Snatches (Alternating Arms) x 8 rounds
  • Dumbbell Thrusters x 8 rounds

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Tabata Structure: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement).


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible within the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next round. Alternate between Dumbbell Snatches and Dumbbell Thrusters for a total of 16 rounds. Be sure to focus on proper technique and push yourself during each work interval.
