Tabata Weightlifting Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • 1. Deadlifts
  • 2. Hang Power Cleans
  • 3. Front Squats
  • 4. Push Press

Equipment:
- Rig
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between the 4 movements. This workout will challenge your grip strength and endurance. Adjust the weight of the barbell as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
