Tabata Strength Rig

Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
  • 1. Deadlifts
  • 2. Pull-ups
  • 3. Front Squats
  • 4. Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Rig, Barbell, Pull-up bar


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements. Focus on maintaining good form and intensity throughout each round.


Notes: Adjust the weight for the deadlifts and front squats to a challenging but manageable level. Modify the pull-ups and handstand push-ups as needed to maintain proper technique and intensity.
