Tabata Strength Kettlebell

Tabata Strength Workout:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 10 seconds rest
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings
- 10 seconds rest


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.


Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds per exercise. Complete all rounds of Goblet Squats before moving on to Kettlebell Swings. Focus on maintaining proper technique and engaging your core throughout the workout.
