EMOM Weightlifting Dumbbell

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- 5 Dumbbell Snatches (each arm)
- 5 Dumbbell Thrusters


Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Complete 5 dumbbell snatches with each arm, followed by 5 dumbbell thrusters within each minute for a total of 15 minutes. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
