- 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 10 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible of the 3 movements in 15 minutes. Complete 10 reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Keep track of the rounds and reps completed throughout the workout.
