Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Deadlifts
    • 10 seconds of rest
  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Bent Over Rows
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment: Barbell, Rig
Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.
Instructions: Complete all 8 rounds of Deadlifts before moving on to Bent Over Rows. Rest as needed between movements. Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the workout.
