Tabata Strength Rope

Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following movements:
  • Rope Climbs
  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Deadlifts
  • Plank Hold

Equipment:
- Rope
- Dumbbells
- Barbell


Instructions:
Complete each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed for each movement. Adjust weights as needed for proper form and intensity.
