- 50 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 40 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
- 30 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 20 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges (10 each leg)
- 10 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead
Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next one. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed, but push yourself to keep moving and finish within the time cap.
