  • 50 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 40 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
  • 30 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges (10 each leg)
  • 10 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next one. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed, but push yourself to keep moving and finish within the time cap.
