Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Pull-ups followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each round and push yourself to complete as many reps as possible within the 20-second work period. Rest as needed between rounds to maximize effort during each set.
