  • 30 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 20 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
  • 10 Dumbbell Front Squats

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets initially but becomes difficult towards the end.
