  • 10 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 dumbbell thrusters, 10 dumbbell deadlifts, and 10 dumbbell hang power cleans. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to keep moving with good form throughout the workout. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed.
