Tabata Strength Dumbbell

Tabata Strength Workout:


  • Dumbbell Deadlifts x 8 rounds
  • Dumbbell Push Press x 8 rounds
  • Dumbbell Goblet Squats x 8 rounds
  • Dumbbell Bent Over Rows x 8 rounds

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, alternating between exercises. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between movements. This workout focuses on building strength and endurance with the dumbbell.
