  • 9 Dumbbell Deadlifts

Time Cap: 10 Minutes.


Notes: This workout should be performed with one dumbbell. Start with the dumbbell snatch, then move on to the thrusters and finish with the deadlifts. Each movement must be completed before moving on to the next.
