AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 1 Rope Climb

Equipment: Barbell, Rope


Notes:
- Scale the weight on the Deadlifts as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Scale the Toes-to-Bar to Knee Raises if needed.
- If unable to do Double-Unders, substitute with 40 Single-Unders.
- Scale the Rope Climb to Rope Pull-Ups if necessary.
