- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
- 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (each arm)
- 10 Kettlebell Windmills (each arm)


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the movements with proper form.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
