  • 40 Dumbbell Lunges
  • 30 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Dumbbell Box Step-ups
  • 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets but still pushes you.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
