AMRAP Strength Dumbbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 15 Dumbbell Renegade Rows (each arm)
  • 20 Dumbbell Deadlifts

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets initially.


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes, moving quickly and efficiently through each movement. Rest as needed, but aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout.
