- 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
- 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups
- 10 Kettlebell Windmills
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the workout
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Complete each exercise in order for the prescribed repetitions as fast as possible. Make sure to maintain proper form and technique, especially with the more complex movements like the Turkish Get-ups and Windmills.
