  • 50 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 40 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 30 Dumbbell Lunges (each leg)
  • 20 Dumbbell Push Press
  • 10 Dumbbell Renegade Rows (each arm)

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Keep a good pace and push through the burn for a strong finish.
