  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the ring muscle-ups to pull-ups or ring rows as needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maintain intensity for the full duration.
