EMOM Weightlifting Dumbbell

EMOM for 10 minutes:


  • 5 Dumbbell Snatches (each arm)
  • 5 Dumbbell Thrusters

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Start a new set of 5 dumbbell snatches on the minute, then immediately transition into 5 dumbbell thrusters. Rest for the remainder of the minute. This workout will challenge your grip strength and overall conditioning. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
