- 10 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Goblet Squats
- 10 Kettlebell Deadlifts


Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 kettlebell swings, 10 goblet squats, and 10 kettlebell deadlifts. Choose a challenging kettlebell weight that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Rest as needed between rounds to keep a consistent pace.
